Student Requirements

• Ontario Secondary School Diploma preferred OR
• Must be within 6 credits of graduating and have compulsory English completed
• Must provide own transportation
• White duty shoes with closed toe and heel or athletic shoe
• Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Screen
• Fitness level necessary to perform duties on clinical placement
• Must have all immunizations up to date and provide proof
• 2 step TB Skin Test required for all students who are accepted
