The following policies are available for public consultation until February 2, 2025

Review and Revision Cycle

  • Policies and Procedures are reviewed on a four-year schedule.
  • The General Working By-law, General Governance Policy and Governance Policies is brought to the Board for review and approval.
  • Policies shall be brought to Policy and Program for review. The Board will approve the circulation to stakeholders.
  • Policies shall be circulated to all stakeholders for a minimum of 30 days, for input with respect to revisions.
  • Policies shall be modified after consideration of stakeholder input.
  • Policies are brought to the Board of Trustees for approval. 
  • Any revised General Working By-law, General Governance Policy and Governance Policies, Policy and Procedure are posted on the school board’s website.
