Introduction
The 2016 -20 Multi-Year Plan provided a focused direction for growth and improvement throughout our schools and all levels of our organization.
Coming out of one of the most challenging times in the history of education, now is the right time to chart our path and vision for the future.
Setting up students for success must include a bigger focus on access to learning, equity and inclusiveness, and a culture of well-being.
Consultation Process
We listened to the voices inside and outside Grand Erie
We invited students, staff, families and community partners to submit their input on how the board is doing, what could be improved and key priorities for the future.
We collected feedback between April and June through virtual community consultation sessions, ThoughtExchange, surveys and email.
Through ThoughtExchange, we had over 650 participants contribute over 330 ideas and over 7,400 engagements with those ideas.
