Under direction from the Government of Ontario, all Grand Erie schools will be closed March 14 to April 5 due to COVID-19 precautions.

The health and well-being of Grand Erie students and staff is the Board’s highest priority.

In all public health matters, Grand Erie District School Board works closely with both the Brant County Health Unit and the Haldimand-Norfolk Health Unit along with provincial and federal health agencies to monitor and address concerns related to Coronavirus (COVID-19).

The local health units continue to actively monitor the situation in collaboration with provincial and national health agencies. The local health units are also working with partners in the health care system to monitor, detect, and (if needed), isolate any possible Coronavirus (COVID-19) cases.
