Brantford Student Celebrates International Women's Day by Helping Women in Need

A Grade 8 student is “ecstatic” over the support her campaign to help women in need has received from the community.

Morgan McKellar, a 13-year-old student at James Hillier Public School, will soon be delivering more than $1,000 worth of feminine products to Why Not City Missions and Nova Vita Domestic Violence Prevention Services.

She started working on the campaign in the fall and collecting donations in January.
