ADHD Awareness Month

ADHD Awareness Month provides an opportunity to move beyond common misconceptions and build understanding of the strengths, challenges and experiences of individuals with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). ADHD is a form of neurodiversity that can affect attention, self-regulation, executive functioning and learning in unique ways.

Supporting neurodiversity means creating environments where individuals with ADHD are understood, valued and empowered to succeed.

By building awareness, reducing stigma and embracing diverse ways of thinking and learning, we help build inclusive communities where everyone can thrive.

ADHD Awareness Month reminds us that neurological differences are natural variations of the human brain, and meaningful inclusion begins with understanding and acceptance.
