The Ontario School Transcript (OST) provides a comprehensive record of a student’s overall achievement and lists the credits that a secondary school student has earned towards fulfillment of the requirements for the graduation diploma. Former students of Grand Erie schools can obtain a copy of their transcript of marks.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Student Records has made the following adjustments to our services:
Transcript Request Forms
Former Graduates/Retirees of any Grand Erie Secondary school (under 10 Years Departure)
Please contact the secondary school you attended to receive a copy of your transcript.
Former Graduates/Retirees (Over 10 Years Departure)
