Grand Erie’s cornerstone by-law – General Working By-Law GB1 – lays out the fundamental rules that govern how the Board of Trustees as a whole operates.

Governance policies, such as the Trustee Code of Conduct, outline our expectations for the work of the trustees. We also have a number of policies, procedures and protocols to help guide Grand Erie’s day-to-day activities and special situations.
