Simcoe Composite Secondary School
The leave to appeal motion filed with the Court of Appeal in December 2024 has been dismissed without reasons. The Board of Trustees are, respectfully, disappointed with this decision. As a Board, we will continue to uphold professional conduct in the boardroom and fulfill our governance and fiduciary responsibilities with a focus on student achievement. Any inappropriate conduct, especially that adversely affects our staff, will continue to be addressed.
