Caught being kind?

Saturday, Mar 07, 2026
At King George School, we are excited to launch our new “Caught Being Kind” campaign! When students are noticed doing something kind—helping a classmate, including others, showing respect, or brightening someone’s day—they may be given a ballot and entered into a weekly prize draw. The draw will take place during Friday morning announcements.

They say kindness is contagious, so let’s put it to the test! There are so many wonderful things happening in our school each day, and this initiative helps us recognize and celebrate those positive moments.

Kindness plays an important role in building a strong school community. When students treat each other with care and respect, classrooms become places where everyone feels safe, valued, and ready to learn. Small acts of kindness can have a big impact—strengthening friendships, supporting one another, and creating a welcoming environment not only in our school, but throughout the wider community.

Let’s keep spreading kindness at King George!
