Apply for the Special Education Advisory Committee

The Grand Erie District School Board is seeking engaged, knowledgeable community members to serve as representatives on the Special Education Advisory Committee.

SEAC is a legislated advisory committee that provides important advice on special education. Committee members contribute to budget consultation, special education plan review, and program/service recommendations.

If you are interested in becoming a member of Grand Erie’s SEAC, please email a letter of introduction to SEAC@granderie.ca with the subject line "SEAC Recruitment", and provide the following:

• Personal details (name, affiliation, rationale for interest, relevant experience).
• Verification of Eligibility (citizenship, residency, elector status, appointment by Indigenous community).
• Letter to Confirm of Association Nomination (for local association and Indigenous community representatives).
