Welcome to the Gallery Restaurant. Brantford’s only restaurant within a school setting. We are open to the general public Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays during both semesters of the school year.

This program provides Hospitality students with an opportunity to experience what it’s like to work in a real restaurant. This experience offers students an opportunity to explore the wide range of career choices that are available in the hospitality and tourism industry.

Students’ family members as well as the general public are invited to come and experience the atmosphere and the excellent foods which are prepared and served by our students.
