Welcome to the Robotics Lab! Here at WDHS we place a high value on the power of Computational Thinking and STEM - science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
The WDHS Robotics Team is always busy planning for the VEX Robotics Competition season. We travel annually to compete against teams from around the province in this amazing event that involves automation and driver controlled challenges.
Grade 9 students at WDHS have also invested their time and energy into building computational thinking, coding and robotics skills in math class where they build, drive, and program our VEX Clawbots to perform various tasks and functions.
If you are interested in learning more, see Mr. Dumoulin, Mr. Slaman or Mrs. Vallance in the Robotics Lab (on the B floor) weekly at lunch and after school.
