STUDENT TRIP& EVENT PERMISSION FORMS

Please note that students will not be allowed to attend any trip OR participate in sports etc. events without written permission. The GEDSB will not allow verbal permission for students to attend events. Please remember to fill out the permission form and send it in for the teacher. You can find trip/event forms under the classroom teacher on the school website. Thank you.
