DDSS has always had a tradition of athletic excellence. Even as the school has grown smaller relative to other schools in the area, our teams and athletes have continued to be successful. This is a function of our tradition, a long history of excellent coaches, and a physical education program that works in supporting and developing this athletic excellence. On a per capita basis, no other school has so many students who take physical education classes.
