The Ontario School Transcript (OST) provides a comprehensive record of a student’s overall achievement and lists the credits that a secondary school student has earned towards fulfillment of the requirements for the graduation diploma. Former students of Grand Erie schools can obtain a copy of their transcript of marks.

If you have attended high school within the past 10 years, please contact your high school for a copy of your transcript.
Former Graduates/Retirees
If you attended high school more than 10 years ago, your records have been archived. You can request your transcript in person or by downloading the request form and mailing it in with a photocopy of a piece of identification (driver’s license, birth certificate) and the payment, as noted below. We do NOT accept faxed requests. Please allow at least 48 hours for processing.
