The Elementary Teachers' Federation of Ontario offers the Principal's Qualification Program. Developed by practicing school administrators, the program models the best principles of adult learning and focuses on improving student learning. This professional development opportunity provides all educators with the knowledge and skills required to become effective leaders in any endeavour they wish to undertake professionally or in their personal lives. Participants completing' Part t and Part II will have their certification noted on their Ontario College of Teachers Certificate of Qualifications. ETFO has a proven track record for providing high quality, professional development programs for educators.
